Day 1
Transfer by bus to Albina (3 hours)
Transfer by boat to Babunsanti in the Galibi Nature Reserve
(2.5 hours)
Arrival at Babunsanti

Dinner
In the evening you will go for a walk on the beach looking for
the sea turtles.
Day 2
Breakfast
Transfer by boat to Christiaan- en Langamankondre village
Transfer by boat to Albina
Transfer by bus to Paramaribo
Includes :
Transport, accommodation, tax, all meals, non-alcoholic and
non-carbonated beverages, cook and tour guide.
Not included : Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
What you should bring : raincoat, insect repellent, sun
cream, personal stuff, swimsuit, plastic bags to protect your
luggage from getting wet in the boat, a cap or hat for the sun.
Lodge Galibi
Transport
Every day, the whole day through, mini vans can drive you from
Paramaribo to Albina, by means of public transport. Groups can
also rent a private bus with driver. A boat for transport from
Albina to Babunsanti can be rented through our organization.
Optional excursions can be made; from Babunsanti to the
indigenous villages located along the Marowijne river, the
north-east coast of Suriname and research field station at Awala
Yalimapo in French Guyana (passport and visa are required for
non-EU citizens). Necessary arrangements should be made in
advance.
Guidance
During the sea turtle nesting season, from February through
August, visitors can only visit the nesting beaches under strict
guidance of STINASU personnel.
