Day tour

• Check in at the STINASU-office
• transfer by bus to the Brownsberg Nature Park on a road of which part is unpaved, breakfast-stop at STINAT, STINASU Wetland education trail
• Arrive at the Plateau, guidance at the lodging emplacement
• Hike to the Irene or to the Leo waterfalls on a jungle trail
• Lunch
• Hike to the Mazaroni plateau (Interpretive nature trail) on a jungle trail with various plants and if you’re lucky, wildlife
• Transfer by bus to Paramaribo, STINASU office

Brownsberg Nature Park 2-Day trip

Day 1
• Check in at the STINASU-office

Brownsberg Nature Park 3 - Day trip

Day 1
• Check in at the STINASU-office
• transfer by bus to the Brownsberg Nature Park on a road of which part is unpaved, breakfast-stop along the way at STINAT, STINASU Wetland education trail
• Arrive at the Plateau, guidance at the lodging emplacement
• Hike to the Irene and / or Leo waterfalls on a jungle trail
• Dinner

Day 2
• Breakfast
• Hike to the Mazaroni top (interpretative trail)
• Lunch
• Free for individual activity
• guidance at the plateau
• Dinner

Day 3
• Breakfast
• Hike to the Mazaroni top (interpretative trail)
• Lunch
• Transfer by bus to Paramaribo, STINASU office

Includes : Transportation from STINASU head office to Brownsberg v.v., entrance fee, accommodation( rooms with beds, bed sheets and blankets), meals, non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverages, tour guide.
Not included : Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (are available at Rocky’s restaurant)

What you should bring: towels, bathing suit, comfortable hiking shoes, comfortable clothing (outdoors), hat or cap, insect repellent, plastic bag for wet clothes.

Meals
At the bar/restaurant Leki Tongo, you can order al your meals (in advance) and cold and warm drinks as well, at reasonable prices. You can also bring along your own food and drinks to prepare your meals yourself. In that case, you should bring an icebox, with enough ice along, to conserve your meats and vegetables, and cool your drinks.
